Instructions for Nasopharyngeal Cleaning Oil

[Usage]

Preparation: Use it before sleep and empty your nose before using it.

I. Cleaning method of left and right nostrils:

1.  Cleaning method of left nostril:
   
   Open the first bottle (1.5ml) of nasopharynx cleaning oil.
   
   (1)Step 1: Lie on your back (face up, without pillows),with head drooping and the top  of the head 90 degrees down vertically. Drip 2-3 drops into the left nostril and keep still for 2-3 minutes until the nasopharynx feels hot and spicy. 

(2)Step 2: Lie on your back (without pillows), facing the left with 45 degrees. Drip all
 the remaining cleaning oil in the first bottle into the left nostril. Keep still for 10 minutes, before cleaning the other nostril.

2. Cleaning method of right nostril:

Open the second bottle (1.5ml) of nasopharynx cleaning oil. Perform a similar two-step procedure on the right nostril.

(1)Step 1: Lie on your back (face up, without pillows),with head drooping and the top  of the head 90 degrees down vertically. Drip 2-3 drops into the right nostril and keep still for2-3 minutes until the   nasopharynx feels hot and spicy.

(2) Step 2: Lie on your back (without pillows), facing the right with 45 degrees. Drip all the remaining cleaning oil in the second bottle into the right nostril. Keep still for 10 minutes,and then sleep.

Note: a. The order of cleaning the left and right nostrils can be adjusted. b. After completing the above steps, you can fall asleep directly without washing your nostrils with water.

II. Methods for cleaning adenoids (hypertrophy) and tonsils (pharyngitis)

(1) Lie on your back without pillows (face up).

(2) Open the first bottle (l.5ml) of nasopharynx cleaning oil. Repeatedly and alternately drip the oil into the left and right nostrils until the bottle is empty.

(3) Open the second bottle (1.5ml) of nasopharynx cleaning oil. Drip all the oil into the tonsils and gently move the throat to make the cleaning oil evenly distributed in the throat.

(4) Lie on your back for more than 20 minutes before sleeping.

Note: In order to achieve the best cleaning effect, it is necessary to keep the cleaning oil on the throat for at least 3hours. It is recommended  that you go to sleep directly after completing the above steps.
